These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.
- An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the delivery address cannot be served; any payment taken is refunded in full.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
Payment
Cash on delivery is paid to the courier in full on receipt. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we never store card numbers.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If delivery fails twice because the recipient cannot be reached, the order is cancelled and returned to us.

Loyalty points and store credit
Points and store credit have no cash value, are personal to your account and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or returned.
Content and conduct
Reviews and questions you post must be your own and respectful. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
