Do I need an account? No. You can check out as a guest; an account just keeps your addresses, orders and points in one place.
How do I track my order? Use Track order with your order number and the phone number on the order.
Can I change or cancel? Yes, until the order is packed — from the tracking page or your account.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept? Cash on delivery everywhere in Egypt, plus cards and mobile wallets online (where enabled).
Is my card safe? Card details are entered on our payment partner's secure page and never touch our servers.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? 2–3 working days in Greater Cairo and Alexandria, 3–5 elsewhere. See Shipping & delivery.
Sizing
Which size should I pick? Every product page has a size guide in centimetres. Between sizes? Our fits are true to size; size up for a relaxed look.
Returns
What if it doesn't fit? Exchange or return within 14 days of delivery — unworn, with tags. Details in Returns & exchanges.
